An experience I will never forget was the day spent in an aids orphanage. Born with aids these children were abandoned and rejected from their families and towns. Many had their hands and faces covered with the lesions as a daily reminder. We spent the day doing puppets, dressing up as clowns, playing games, and giving them stuffed animals.

Taken by film.

In 2002 I traveled with a handful of friends to Romania in Eastern Europe. We had no outright purpose other to experience the culture and love on the people. Neither of which was difficult.

Most of our trip was spent in the townships that were far from civilization. Out-houses, donkey drawn carriages and roaming chickens were not out of the norm. But in an area that is considered third world and uncivilized there was immense beauty in the people. I was especially drawn to this little boy whose innocent eyes propelled my passion for photography

Taken by film.
